Eternally young horoscope
Everyone wants to grow old, but no one wants to look old. How do we stay young forever? What are the pitfalls in ageing for your star sign and how can you avoid them as much as possible in order to stretch the ageing process a bit more?

Aries
A lot of stress makes your skin grow old. Headaches, worry and fretting make you frown wrinkles, crow's feet and an angry line from the mouth to the chin. Solution: taking your time to recover after illness, better planning, less hurry, less pressure and more relaxation in the form of hot baths.
Taurus
You are an indoor eater and this sometimes results in voice and throat problems. This is annoying, but the ageing process really gets underway with lots of caffeinated drinks, too much food and too little exercise. Solution: say what's bothering you, drink water, go to the gym and take lots of walks in the outdoors.
Gemini
Because you are always on the move, you tend to go beyond your own limits. You don't always (almost never) listen to your body's signals, resulting in: flu, migraines. You are also prone to asthma and bronchitis. And then you also don't want to go to bed to rest cq 'reset'. Solution: more structure and regularity.
Lobster
You have trouble expressing yourself. You want to solve everything yourself and this sometimes has a negative effect on your mood and sleep (skin ageing). You find comfort in sweets, but unfortunately this does not solve anything and only causes excess kilos. Solution: dare to ask for help or advice, maintain a regular diet and go to the gym.
Leo
Although you usually go through life cheerfully, complaining is a guilty pleasure. You always find something just not right and trees about this over (too) much wine and luxurious snacks is something you love to do. Hello excess kilos! Hello dry facial skin! Solution: complain to litres of spring water, fruit and raw vegetables.
Virgo
You are quite a busybody, create stress yourself (sometimes for nothing) and this is bound to hit your stomach and intestines. Add to this your aversion to going to bed early and you have a dyke of an ageing process on your hands. Solution: try to relax more, take a walk, avoid alcohol, don't eat too spicy. And go to bed on time!
Libra
You are prone to setbacks and disappointments. Because you take too much personally, you get headaches and tend to overeat yourself. Your kidneys, bladder and liver sometimes suffer because of your affection wining & dining. This also affects your skin. Solution: exercise regularly, drink plenty of water, eat healthier.
Scorpio
You are a strong person(s) both physically and mentally. By nature, you have good skin and you enjoy doing sports. Eating cheeses and tapping away Rose are your biggest sins, but you can have it. Nose and throat problems, however, are no stranger to you. Solution: lots of antioxidants for an even stronger immune system and a more radiant skin.
Sagittarius
You are active and have a positive attitude. Your innate need for routine helps you stay fit and healthy. The only drawback is that you sometimes rush things or take a little too much risk, which means an accident is just around the corner. Solution: take a little more time for everything.
Capricorn
Too much work, responsibilities, worries and stress rapidly promote the ageing process. In the process, you don't make time to exercise or go outside, resulting in weak muscles, weak bones and sometimes even the risk of depression. Solution: less pressure, cardio, strength training, vitamin D and more sleep.
Aquarius
You sleep too little simply because you ignore your own fatigue. Too little sleep promotes the ageing process in every area. In addition, your body is in dire need of fresh air and exercise because your weak spot is blood circulation. (Fluid retention in ankles and legs.) Solution: get enough sleep, take lots of walks, drink lots of water and tea.
Fish
Much brooding regularly results in insomnia. You then enjoy drinking a beer or a glass of wine. In fact, change course, dear Fish. Also pay a little more attention to your feet, they should carry you for a while. Solution: avoid alcohol and drugs, take a walk and drink warm milk before bed, try meditating or doing yoga.
