Slimming down without a diet month 4: It's going to work! You may have already lost some kilos and already achieved one or more goals. Good for you! While this victory is definitely something to be proud of, you probably haven't reached your final target weight yet.

If all goes well, though, you will find it increasingly easy to resist the sweet or fatty temptations and you can even control yourself well during your weekly junk day. Great!

Your body will look tighter, your face will be narrower, your skin will glow and your clothes will be roomier.

You may also notice that your cravings for sweets decrease, that you tolerate sweets or fatty foods less well and that you feel satiated earlier during meals. All signs that your body is adapting to your new healthier lifestyle.

All beginnings are hard, but by now you have really gotten used to your new eating habits and have even taken pleasure in taking such good care of yourself.

Keep it up and many more great things will come out of it!
