Slimming down without a diet month 5: At the halfway point! You are now halfway through this free online weight-loss programme and you are probably doing really well! You may have lost quite a few kilos by now, your body is considerably tighter and you feel really fit!

In the evenings, you will notice that you fall asleep easier and rest better, which will make it much easier to get out of bed in the morning when you get up and take less time to really get going. Good for you!

If possible, try to do a little more exercise/sport to make the slimming process even faster.

If you are already doing this, don't force anything and continue on this way!
