Slimming down without dieting month 6 It's getting fun!

Slimming down without dieting month 6: It's getting more and more fun to weigh yourself every week! You may be able to tighten your waistband again, or you may even need to add holes! You've probably finally put away (or thrown away!) that one piece of clothing that you thought 'it could still be done' but which is really starting to sag a bit and now it really is time to buy something in a smaller size.

Your skin has a healthy complexion, you feel much better, are less likely to be tired and have a better mood.

You radiate all this to those around you. You now know what food does to you and are increasingly able to prevent the 'cravings in between'.

If you've really built up some fitness by now, try building some more muscle to see what that does to you. Are you already working on this, very good!

Stay strong-willed and decisive and, above all, keep at it!
