Slimming down without dieting month 8: Don't get too easy!
Slimming down without a diet month 8: Don't get too easy! Now that you have lost so much weight and you actually feel lighter, more attractive and more confident, the temptation is lurking to 'sin' more often every now and then. Beware of this!
It would be a shame if all your work, willpower and stamina is now undone by those extra snack moments.
It's not like - now that you have lost so much weight - you can eat whatever and whenever you want again. This is really something to remember. Stay comfortable something (extra) tasty every now and then eat, but keep it balanced!
This is because there is a danger that if you suddenly regain some weight after letting go of the reins, this could be the 'beginning of the end' and you might just slip back into old bad habits.
Try to avoid this at all times and think about how you felt before you started this online weight-loss programme.
I personally would never want to weigh 123 kilos again! Would you want to weigh what you weighed before you learned to think (and eat) differently?) No way!
As soon as a kilogram gains weight, work it off immediately by immediately starting to eat differently again or increasing your exercise. Or both!
Have you unexpectedly made a mistake and are some kilos really back on? Keep the damage contained and get it off as soon as possible. It is not a bad thing to have to repackage yourself from time to time.
It only gets really annoying when you are soon back to square one and have to start all over again.
